Manchester-based thebandwithnoname have performed their cutting edge, high energy show to teenagers in schools and at concerts across the globe.
Since their launch in 2001 they have released 4 albums and 2 singles, and frequently topped the UK Christian charts. Their third release, “Dying To Be There” won two “album of the year” awards.

launched in March 2002.
The lineup changed a bit over the
years, but - in what has now
turned out to be the final line up -
the cast list reads as (L-R in top
pic Chip K, Leon and Straff.
As part of the Innervation Trust
they spent the last 9 years
touring the UK, Europe and USA
performing in schools, churches,
theatres, parks, prisons and festivals.
Their straightforward presentation of the gospel has reached thousands of young people with their high-energy show inducing mad jumping craziness in crowds.
They released four albums, and while TBWNN sat firmly in Pop/Rock territory, the sound (produced in the main by Marc Pennels and Zarc Porter over the years) credibly borrowed from RnB, Grime, Soul and Hip-hop to great effect.
Their most recent project “The Best Of thebandwithnoname – The 4 Points” came out at Easter.
The final gig will fittingly be performed at the Manchester Apollo on Sunday 5th September and tickets are available from the online store.
