And Tryumf has just stoked the fires of expectancy by announcing his new album 777, the follow up to the seminal Ghetto Scripture will be mastered in the next couple of weeks.

The JIML team is putting on a distributor’s workshop. Learn about the 'Jesus Is My Logo' brand and sign up and become an OFFICIAL distributor. UGN GOES 24/7
Urban Gospel Network (UGN) announced they are now broadcasting 24 hours a day via www.urbangospelnetwork.co.uk.
In addition to its 24 hour broadcast there are also live shows. DJs include Dave P, Helen DJ Mac and Janice Quashie. Site features include news updates, a chatroom (where you can chat with the DJs when they are on air), artist profiles and an online store.

NEW SINGLE FROM GREENJADE
Kick Off Ya Shoes is the second single from GreenJade's LIFE As We Know It, following the well-received first single, the animated/live action, anti-gun themed Gunz Down.
This song released to coincide with Valentine's features Jazz legend Frank McComb on keys as well as the vocal talents of Jaz Elligton and Clinton Jordan. The song was written as a 'thank you' to the group's wives and families for their support over the 13 years the group has been together.
It's directed by group member Wizdom and edited by Richard Poet (also responsible for the Gunz Down music video), and is available as a digital download from iTunes and Amazon MP3
KARL NOVA ANNOUNCES ALBUM RELEASE DATE (11/Feb/09)
Karl Nova's highly anticipated debut album, 'Just as I AM: The Prequel' gets a digital release on iTunes worldwide and all other digital formats from April 3rd. The CD follows just over a month later.
It is the first in a 3-part series featuring the US's Lisa McClendon, Platinum Souls and Butta P of Rhema Soul as well as appearances from UK artists Jahaziel, Dwayne Tryumf, Simply Andy, Kirsten Marie

NO VALENTINE'S FOR MIGHTY THIS YEAR… (12/Feb/09)
Rapper Mighty will be spending this year's Valentines Day alone it seems...
In a world where it’s normal for people to casually enter into relationships with the opposite sex based on nothing more than a feeling, his latest offering ‘Speak to Me’ is a track which many young men and women can relate to as he boldly proclaims his decision to wait for God's timing before getting involved in a relationship.
After a long list of collaborations (including MOBO Award winners G Force, Victizzle, Guvna B and most recently rising urban gospel singer Seyi), this is one of Mighty's first solo offerings.
The song is a taster of what's to come, and will feature on Mighty's upcoming mini release ‘FOOD FOR THOUGHT’, scheduled for digital release in summer 2009.
The track is available for immediate free download at BreakerProductions.co.uk and also features a remix of "Not the same" by up and coming UK Gospel singer, Denise.
STREETBRAND CALLS FOR TEEN ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS (13/Feb/09)
STREETBRAND Magazine is seeking teens passionate about the STREETBRAND project and want to help shape the Christian teen magazine and teen social network.

ROYAL PRIESTHOOD PREP 'LOVE MOVEMENT' VIDEO, SUPPORTING PLATFORM2 (17/Feb/09)
Royal Priesthood recently finished the newest video recording of Love Movment, led and vocalled by Roucheon, with a few friends and family roped in for support including Cadet, Jahaziel and GEO.
Love Movement will be released in support of the Government-sponsored, Christian Aid supported Platform2 volunteer project. See the video.
EDWARD HOLLAND PREPARES NEW ALBUM... (18/Feb/09)
Following his debut EP released last year, Portsmouth based Ed Holland Jnr has been recording for the last 6 months. The album, written produced and performed Ed is a Reggae album, a mix of Roots, Dub and Steppas.
Mastering and artwork is being done in America at the moment with a relelase date to be announced soon. Listen to some of the tracks on his MySpace
SMOOFLOW WINS MTV VIDEO COMPETITION (20/Feb/09)
An edited version of Royal Priesthood's film 'Broken Silence' has won an MTV nationwide competition 'Show Us What You're Made Of', launched last October across MTV’s UK channels.
Broken Silence is a hard-hitting documentary about the realities of street life and being a young person, directed by Femi Iloyi AKA (Smooflow). The contest ran in partnership with the Home Office’s anti-knife crime campaign, It Doesn’t Have to Happen, invited people to submit a multimedia project which displayed a positive message about knife crime.
Four winners were chosen from a shortlist of 20 entries with the victors announced at a special MTV event in London on 17 February.
Each will receive £1,000 of materials to go towards developing their creative ambitions and have their work showcased on MTV.
FREE 1-DAY DIGITAL MUSIC TRAINING FOR THE CHRISTIAN MARKETPLACE (22/Feb/09)
The training day will cover topics such as preparing your music for digital, targeting music services / retail and considering effective digital marketing, along with expert tips that will help you develop your knowledge and confidence within the digital music field.
There will also be an opportunity to try out the latest digital devices and put your questions to experts in the digital field in a Q&A session.

WIN A FEATURE SPOT ON TRIPLE O'S DEBUT ALBUM (22/Feb/09)
What do you have to do? Simple, write a poem entitled ‘What it means to be redeemed?’ conveying what exactly Christ did, and the implications it had on your life. Express the joy of your salvation and how glorious it is to be in Christ, all in 200 words or less. All poems will be looked at by Triple and the rest of the Double Portion team.

Jahaziel recently filmed a short ident for BET UK. Incorporating the BET brand tag line ‘It’s My Thing’, Jahaziel shares his heart, his life and his love for God. This marks the beginning of a number of projects BET Networks has lined up with the MOBO Award winning rapper.
The World Premiere of Jahaziel’s Music Video for Anti Gun & Knife violence track ‘In My Neighbourhood’ will be shown on BET Networks (US) and BET UK in March.
