One Voice - Somebody Please Help Haiti (OFFICIAL VIDEO)

Saturday 27th February at the legendary Abbey Road studios, London, was something special. 

 

Over 250 of the UK’s leading worship and gospel artists gathered to record a single to raise funds for survivors of the Haiti earthquake – their compassion stirred by the tragic events.

The track chosen was ‘Somebody Please’, written by Israel Houghton and Noel Robinson for last year’s One Voice album.

LCGC BRING GOSPEL TO WEMBLEY STADIUM

The Football Association invited The London Community Gospel Choir to perform at Wembley Stadium on May 30th before Everton take on Chelsea. 

LCGC sings 'Abide With Me' on all ITV's FA Cup coverage, and have now recorded a special version, released as a charity single for Cup Final week.

All profits from the release will go to The FA's official charity partner male cancer charity Everyman, and their joint initiative 'Keep Your Eye on the Ball' which raises awareness of prostate and testicular cancers within the football community.
