Imagine stumbling on a meeting room where a rather rowdy creative team is bouncing feature ideas, tricky issues and sometimes controversial subjects around… Well, that’s us.
The UKGospel.com Team Podcast features the core team of George Luke, Henry Yanney, Bernard P Achampong, Faith Jegede and head whip cracker Yinka Awojobi, along with UKGospel.com's extended family of contributors across the country, chewing the fat about the UK gospel scene.
Each episode, the team dissects, disagrees, interprets, falls out and makes up about all things UK gospel. Join in by e-mailing info@ukgospel.com or comment on the podcast notes.

'...Possibly the best one yet..'
Early reaction to the pre-release copy of this episode suggested it's the best one yet...
The team ask all the questions we have but rarely discuss openly: 'Megachurches: good or bad?' 'CCM music = White, Gospel music = Black..', '...Are there cliques in UK gospel?' 'Are modern Black gospel artists losing something by playing 'white-style' music...?'
With Angel Onwochei, George Luke, Faith Jegede, Phil Mayers and Karl Nova...
And yes, we skipped episode 6 - don't ask.

@ J: out of interest: which were the rubbish statements...?
@ J: Hahahaha!! No, Podcast 6 was a topical one. It would have been so out of date if we published it so long after the original event...
By the way I can tell you why you skipped episode 6 - you're all scared it would have been triple 6 Mark of the Beast rated show instead of an X rated. Is this a good enough George Luke rated joke?
Hi It was a good podcast - some rubbish statements and some absolutely insightful ones... Have I equalled Yinka and George's forthrightness?
surely music is a sound and therefore out of the classification of colour, meaning skin colour as debated in this podcast. Last all sounds progress as language and every thing else progresses.
Wow. Very Serious podcast, conversation was firing out some major topics controversial but very interesting especially in terms of rating gospel music in relation to popularity or content. Very informative. Loved it!!
